1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Tandem waitlist, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t sign up.

2. Waitlist Purpose

The Tandem waitlist allows you to express interest in our upcoming fertility tracking app for couples. Joining the waitlist does NOT: guarantee access to the app, guarantee any specific launch date, create any binding obligation on either party, or constitute a purchase or payment agreement.

3. Your Information

By signing up, you provide: your email address, and optionally how you found us (source tracking).
You confirm that you’re at least 18 years old, the email you provide is accurate and belongs to you, and you have the right to receive emails at this address.

4. Communication

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive: updates about Tandem’s launch, early access invitations (if applicable), educational content, and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

5. Changes to the App or Waitlist

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the app launch, change app features, pricing, or availability, remove users from the waitlist at our discretion, or discontinue the waitlist program.

6. No Medical Advice

Waitlist communications may include educational content about fertility, but this is NOT medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tandem and its team members are not liable for delays, cancellations, decisions made based on waitlist communications, technical issues, or indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in communications is owned by Tandem and protected by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
